Mission of expertise and organization of a transversal DATA team to provide an agile framework within 3 months.

Integration of the team into the SAFe approach in order to align it with the Pôle Emploi/France Travail strategy
Advisory and support role for the DATA development team, the various Product Owners, the team leader and managers
Carrying out an inventory of the team (resources, roles, activities and skills), product and contacts
Proposal for a new organization to implement agility over 3-week iterations,
Implementation of indicators to measure the effectiveness/performance of the team organization
Implementation of Confluence documentation around the organization of the team, reporting of rituals and monitoring of indicators
Implementation of rules of common life, good practices, notions of Definition of Done and Definition of Ready
Organization of a PI Planning
Creation of product sheets with the vision, strategy and management indicators
Formalization of a service offer from the data team and the cost generated in order to enable the team management to produce a commercial proposal within Pôle Emploi/France Travail
