- Writing technical and functional documents:
- Creation of a global technical and functional specification under Confluence not updated since 2016
- Help with writing expressions of business functional needs
- Creation of a template for expressing needs for the profession
- Creation of the structure of the test library under XRAY
- Creation of a template for testing and testing strategy for testers under XRAY
- Listing of all possible non-regression tests
- Rearrangement and reorganization of all documentation present
- Monitoring of production launches
- Definition of the version scope
- Creating and feeding the backlog
- Creation of user stories
- Writing of all developments and anomalies under JIRA
- Organization of sprints and versions
- Setting ticket priority
- Organization of business version presentation points
- Validation of version and project testing strategies
- Provision of functional needs and support to developers
- Monitoring the progress of developments and tests
- Monitoring of team blocking points and cross-functional projects
- Alert tracking and incident prioritization
- Help and back up project management
- Monitoring of all current cross-functional projects
- Management of cross-functional project meetings and discussion with project directors
- Team management
